Family owned 5th generation steel workers since 1896, artist in the making.
Lewis Steel Works Inc. was founded in 1896 as a blacksmith shop specializing in the repair and fabrication of parts for farm equipment. Years later our family business began to manufacturer logging and agricultural equipment for farms in the region. By 1951, we were growing in size and the product line expanded to include camper flats, tractor winches, and truck bodies. By then, our grandfather recognized a growing need for steel containers in the waste industry. In 1967, Lewis Steel produced our first steel refuse container which we still produce today.
We've spent a century re-inventing ourselves striving for the American dream which is why we're thrilled to take on a new venture in metal signs & home decor. Though our products have varied over 5 generations, our values have remained the same: quality products at affordable prices.
